There has been much discussion regarding cost of care for our citizens with disabilities. There is no question that for our most vulnerable citizens the cost is higher than those whose needs are not so complex and challenging. What has been at question is where would this care best be provided in order to serve the most people in a cost-effective and safe manner.

These documents have been researched and verified. Sources will be posted later today.
